No use of talking about culture, Maslow's, even basic HR practices, satisfaction , zero job security etc… For middle range and juniors If your reporting manager is good , you ‘ll be OK but still you have to face for the common issues such as poor HR, facilities , benefits , poor culture etc. recommendation for the beginners : join and work for one year maximum if you don’t have any other solution
