1. Its not a "IT" Company its a "Political" Company. 2. No good projects, No growth. 3. Poor management. Sumasoft management is best to learn WHAT NOT TO DO. Favors kickass people. If you don't, don't bother getting hike. 4. No respect for a ladies. 5. Never follow policies. Never follows commitment. 6. senior people are so bloody rude and mannerless
