      Great middle management. Great place to train mainly due to the sheer amount of work that gets sent through this facility. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Overworked. Be prepared to work alot of hours. No room to grow unless you're part of the good ol boy network.

      Small-Company feel at this particular location.

      Cons

      Very defensive workplace with zero accountability. You will get thrown under the bus the first opportunity, even when several others have touched the failed work.
