Pros
Team was good, open communication. Head of Australia was very informative, helpful and had every quality you need in senior management.
Cons
No room for growth, not open to opinions, furthermore, my manager did not give feedback, contribute nor help their immediate team. My manager had poor knowledge on technicals, project management, standards etc. I did not leave because of the company but because of my manager.
