      Good hours, benefits, health program, loved my direct boss and they paid for training

      Cons

      Horrible management structure. The most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. With the exception of my direct boss who I loved working for, the rest did nothing and blamed everyone else for their problems. And the work ethic and professionalism was non existent.

      Career opportunities, solid training, teamwork, good programs and team building

      We work in a hybrid schedule and my colleagues aren’t in the office the same days, sometimes this can make it more difficult to stay connected and work on client projects efficiently.
