Pros
Some people are nice, it's a quiet office, nice location. Clean workstations.
Cons
Fear based culture where no one is allowed to even talk at the office. The CEO walks around like he's better than everyone else. Very clique based as well, make sure you get on the right people's good side or even if you're trying to be nice, it doesn't matter. They can dislike for any ridiculous reason. People always doing things last minute, they don't plan ahead.
