      The office runs like a well-oiled machine, and many of the employees having been there years definitely helps. Great benefits, and they reward hard work.

      Cons

      When things get stressful, they get very intense. This is a general trend in law firms in my experience.

      Pros

      Predictable hours, nice co-workers, smart attorneys, flexible schedule when needed, office lunch and/or beach days, very interesting clients! Good educational reimbursement programs.

      Cons

      Downside - it can be very quiet, which is normal for a law firm. It can also be stressful, and deadline driven, high attention to precise detail. Very normal for a law firm.
