      Great benefits. Lots of vacation time, holidays and snow days are paid days off. Work can be bust but usually is not too bad. Friendly people for the most part.

      Cons

      Nowhere near enough money. No raises at this time. Bad politics. Bad decisions. High expectations using very low resources.
