You will also get this as a work study when joining the program so only join if it works for your major in your career path. This program can also give you hours gain to be eligibe towards your certification

There may be holidays you have to work and may be difficult for some others. You will be limited on certain task that you may not be able to complete. And it is the mental and emotional state that can be stressful from time to time.
