      Salary was decent and I don't mind the type of work I was doing. 1/2 the people there were ok to work with

      Long (long) hours. 12 hour days 6 and 7 days a week with no end in sight. Benefits are just ok. No flexibility. Poor manager

      Ample time off that starts after 90 days

      Cons

      Tells you you don’t work weekends then wastes your entire life. Pay is in the bottom 25 percent in this field in the area. Not for anyone with friends or family. Also could take 7-10 years for any type of advancement. Plus they constantly lie about raises. Also cuts hours below 40 because the company has no idea how to manage money.
