Good entry point into real data work. I got hands-on with donor and gift records across multiple systems, which taught me a lot about data quality and reconciliation early on. The team was approachable and willing to explain how things connected. Flexible enough to work around a class schedule, which made it easy to balance with school.

A lot of the work was repetitive data entry, so it can feel monotonous if you want more variety. Limited room to grow into anything beyond the assistant scope, and not much exposure to the strategy side of advancement. Pay is what you'd expect for part-time student work.
