The company loves innovation which creates a lot of opportunities for advancement and personal development. Suffolk loves to give back to the community and encourages volunteer work and helping others. It is great working for a company with great people, awesome opportunities and that cares.
Cons
The company does tend to run lean and it can do a better job a placing and tracking the movement of people from job to job. A lot of new people to the company has increased the need for training and development. A lot of new processes and changes are being made without properly training the employees first.
