Incentive Unfairness - Software Engineer Suffix IT Employee Review

Management offers favours to different employees differently. They will say that increment time is in January but they will actually call the employee after few months and then they will tell how much they wil increase and they will come up with lots of irrelevant excuses to reduce the increment amount and sometime won't give any. Has lots of issue if an employee asks for leave, it's like asking them for their kidney. No growth opportunities at all. No code reviews, nothing at all. Just repetitive task.
