Pros
The management of my department was good and appreciated its employees. They provide fruit and snacks for breakfast. The hours are not bad and they allow time off when needed.
Cons
The pay is average to below average. The benefits are expensive and don't cover as much as other companies that I have worked for. There is not a whole lot of room for growth.
