Friendly Atmosphere with Generally Good People Work/balance is good.
Cons
Bad Middle Management, so lacks direction on day-day basis. Lack of prospects, no apparent diversity in staff promoted to Middle / Upper Management level. Definitely some Internal politics - strange for a small-ish office/firm.
