You will learn a lot! It's a great company to work for as it is pretty big in the sugar business in Brasil and in all world. Logistic are fast paced and based in a high pressure environment. But overall it was a good experience.
Cons
Maybe you won't find financial recognition if you aren't in the sales department. That is, you are a former 'trader'. On logistic and others positions you will have t fight for your salary with your management. Sometimes you will fell lost with the lack of a internal system to base on.
