Pros

As a current employee, Successories has a very positive work atmosphere. The coworkers are enjoyable to collaborate with and if something is incorrect or needs improvement, they are honest about it and recommend what can be done about it. It is a career that has deadlines, but it is not strenuous or temperamental. The projects allow creativity while keeping professional.

Cons

The only con I would say is that since this is a local company, the commute can be a little tedious, but overall, there are no other cons.

Pros

• Leadership genuinely tries to do the right thing—for customers and employees • Transparent financials and open communication from top down • Small team means you have real impact and visibility • No micromanagement; trust is given unless broken • Feels good to work for a company whose mission is to recognize and appreciate others

Cons

• It’s still work—some days are stressful, especially during peak season • Being a small team means we all wear a lot of hats • Not everyone thrives in a self-directed, remote environment

Pros

Amazing "small office" atmosphere. Flexible scheduling and caring management. All employees communicate on a level playing field. Many responsibilities are shared and everyone is always willing to help. Management has recently taken a very strong initiative to reward and motivate employees such as providing a community snack bar and volunteer opportunities. During Customer Service Week and Employee Appreciation Day, management especially goes above and beyond to let us know how much the appreciate our hard work. These pros make the cons more manageable. Successories is a great place for anyone looking for an entry-level position as you will have your hands in a little bit of everything at all times and learn many valuable skills.

Cons

Low pay and no room for vertical growth. Some employment feels personally fueled and not based upon performance. Sales positions seem to have a high turnover rate.
