still thinking !!! thinking... ohh sry no pros sry for wasting your 3 seconds :)

HELL LOT OF CONS advice to new joiners first plz dont join if i have time i can write 1000 lines for cons but i cant waste time,i am wasting my time to save further new joinings 1) They want people to have gods mind ,they want IIT type people . 2) All their projects are from freelancing. 3) They will make you work day and night ,they wont appreciate for good things one mistake be ready to listen worst language and insult . they are good at it they will win oscar in it. 4) They will not increase salary they will make accuses ,some people play politics give bad reviews about new joiners if if u are working pretty good bec they earning goes to few people who are actually running the company if they leave whole company will shatter down trust me. 5) many people have left company i know all of them all have same prob mentioned above. 6)they expect you to cook food even before knowing what food means i hope u understand. 7) i know 50 % people of this company half of them are left and half are in procedure. at last worst culture,torture till depression else i say death is the culture here believe me or not,lot more to say but i have to end up here..every people left feels like they have come out of jail..life is beautiful better to join mnc or if u want to go for startup never join this else if u still want to join u will suffer and remember me one day good luck !!

We believe that education plays only a part in building your skill. Your skills and talent are mostly a result of your perseverance and efforts. - How does the source of project affect a team member? We have projects from various sources and even Govt. of India. Whatever be the source, it is our utmost aim is to provide all of our clients the best possible product and result. - 50% of our team is working here for more than 3 yrs.(you can check LinkedIn profile of the team working with SS). We are a team of 80+ developers and people stay with us because they get a good environment, projects, technologies, and peers. We provide training, technical discussions, outings, extracurricular activities and events(you can check our Facebook page for updates). We promote people not on the basis of experience but on the basis of their capabilities and knowledge. We help them to grow in multiple roles from the day 1. We appreciate them on their achievements(Please refer to the Facebook page for Employee of the month, team lunch, team parties for successful delivery of project etc.) - “Many people have left the company” - the many word is pretty ambiguous, in last 1 year only 3 people have left us(and people have many reasons to change jobs, it’s not always an issue with the organization). An old team member is always welcome, please visit us if you want to verify the above. - “Cook food even before knowing what the food is”: It is unfortunate if you felt this, but from the last 3 years, we have developed a very good training process and after that we expect people to work directly on the live project with a senior member. This gives them an edge over the conventional process of working under someone. If the candidate is capable and can explore the things, we give a chance to own that project and handle the client as well. This is the ideology of the company. It gives a very good exposure to the employees and an opportunity to grow fast(if they are capable) which is usually difficult to find in any other company. At last on culture, we would definitely want you to check out our facebook page where you will see that: - We take the team for outings twice a year - We organize extracurricular events and games every month. - We have a company cricket team and play inter-company tournaments every week. - We organize technical discussions and informative sessions to help people grow technically. - We encourage employees to attend meetups and events on technologies and their respective domains to enhance their knowledge and skills. - We do team lunch on every release - We do in-house parties on birthdays and work anniversaries. - We give work from home options to all the employees. - We organize health camps in our office so that employees stay fit. - We have Table tennis and a lounge room with carrom board, dart, and other indoor games which give our employees good environment and healthy atmosphere. We always hire for strength and work on the weaknesses of the candidates to make them future ready. We understand the work-life balance and therefore we have 5 days a week, work from home, flexible timings, leaves process and other best policies in the industry. We believe that by thinking that we expected too much from you(referring to god minds, IIT), you are really underestimating yourself as an individual. We wish you forward progress and success.

Large India based team with name recognition in India.

Cons

No business plan for expansion, staffing agency that thinks they deliver services. No staff in the US, no super powers.
