-As a financially independent student getting paid for my internship helped me afford my rent, tuition, and bills -Enjoy the brainstorms and working with girl's fashion and beauty, lots of fun skits too -Team of girls are really fun to work with and everyone's nice and supportive -Manager and boss were good about answering all my questions (there's never a stupid question) -Patient whenever I made mistakes they just treated them like teaching moments

That I wish I got a full time offer! C'mon guys. When am I going to find a regular job like this again. This is what I wanted to do.

These guys really care about their team. I learned a lot. The boss actually takes personal interest in your career development and teaching you. Supportive and understanding of your personal situation. He is really smart, experienced and knows what he's talking about. As a woman I always felt respected by him. Quick to call out drama and excuses lol. Respect that.

People in the company wear lots of hats. In other companies you have more regular departments where people do just one thing. Not saying they don't but can sometimes it can be overwhelming. Pay is not bad at all for the area considering I actually got raises and bonuses. Definitely room for growth if you want to work for it but I was just looking for something different. A lot of the negative reviews don't look legit to be honest. I know some people were let go for bad performance but I left for a better opportunity. Some people actually faked working remotely and then lied about it after getting caught. Other people have stayed for years, no toxic culture I noticed. Just stay organized with your work, don't goof off and you'll be fine.
