Cons

From the beginning, leadership promotes "better together", "we are family", and "everyone has a voice" to their candidates and employees. However, you quickly realize you will not have a voice if you aren't part of leadership. You also realize that you are NOT "family" or "better together" when decide to leave. Positions are constantly re-listed because the company is "growing" even though there are layoffs or people leaving on their own. Too much turnover on the sales team. The sales leadership does nothing to actually help the team close deals or grow professionally. They constantly move deals around to the favorites on the sales team. No one on the Solution Engineering team stays very long. A lot of technical knowledge of the product has been lost. There is a constant struggle to get the Solution Engineers up to speed for demos. AEs are forced to make up for the technical knowledge gaps. Health benefits are expensive. Life insurance coverage is low. Your 401K match vests. So if you leave before you are vested, the company does not provide the match.
