      Pros

      Currently a fully center based location so there is minimal travel, mostly for observations if needed for clients at school or home. CEOs are very communicative and the focus is on quality of care for clients and support is available when asked for. Hours are 8-4 Monday-Friday and there is no expectation to work outside of those hours or taking work home.

      Small company so no health benefits at this time

      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it
