      good if you want to gain hands on experience to become a RBT, a BCBA, or own a private ABA clinic in the future. Held meetings on a regular basis to help staff and management stay up to date with behavior plans and teach staff different ways on how to use techniques in ABA therapy including positive reinforcement, shaping, chaining, prompting, and fading during clinic hours/ in home thearpy sessions.

      would discuss personal info in front of clients and at times was very unprofessional and unethical.

      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it
