      I love working for this company! We are very diverse and like a family here and everyone from management, our bcbas, and registered behavior techs really care and take pride in helping our children. Some pros to working here would be work culture, advancement in the company, and most importantly seeing improvements in our kids!

      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it
