      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it

      Cons

      The management was supper inappropriate with staff and went as far as to insult them. There was no sufficient ABA training or fidelity checks to ensure the therapy was performed correctly. Staff had little to no knowledge of ABA procedures. Staff was also not flexible and had little to no soft skills in the Katy Mason Location.
