Signed up as a part-time tutor, got called to come down to fill in the form and another time to try out, was communicating with i think the male boss throughout? communication was super slow, always had to bump him several times. when he finally replied, i was made to teach science (even though i clearly said it was the subject i was least confident in) to kids who were in remedial or needed extra help, but there was no guidance, only a past year paper and answer sheet. Without prior consultation, the same guy just told me to continue coming in during this time of day every week, but didnt even ask if I was available this time for all weeks (I was not). Told him I wasnt, and he said he would communicate with me again on alternate timings, but unsurprisingly, he never did LOL. Wasnt even paid for that one session even though I was supposed to. Lazy and terrible management.
