This is Clara and I'm the Director of Success Human Resource Centre.
Firstly, thank you for taking time to write down your comments.
I note your concerns and I would like to assure you that the company is constantly undergoing changes to improve the culture as well as employee welfare. We aim to be a more inclusive company by accepting people from all walks of life including and not exclusive to race, gender, sexuality, religion etc.
I would like to believe that while you were with success, you felt like your workstyle was being micromanaged. Currently, we have a system whereby one will be placed on a PIP (performance improvement plan) only if targets could not be achieved over a period of 3 months. We believe in giving our staff flexibility in terms of how they would like to manage their own work, and only step in to push them back in the right direction should they fall short.
All work in Success is expected to be completed during working hours, we do not expect employees to stay back or work during weekends. However, in the event that a client or candidate requires your immediate response, we encourage sales staff to respond as the company takes pride in providing good quality services. Also, if anyone had a busy weekend (work related), they could request for a later start time on the Monday.
I am unsure when you were with us but do rest assure that the management has done up a more thorough progression system such that all employees is able to build and achieve their career goals with Success.
As a company who has been around since 1997, we seek to continuously improve as a company and reach greater heights. I believe that with feedback like this from current and former employees, the company will only get better.
