Absolutely Terrible - Sandwich Artist Subway Employee Review

- No Choice of Hours. - Supervisors do literally nothing. - Not advertised as a cleaning job (you spend 90% of the time cleaning). - Manager's are disrespectful to their employees and consistently throw those below them under the bus. - Terrible Wage (Minimum Wage). - No opportunity to progress further up the ladder, Supervisors/Managers are often hired, never a Sandwich Artist promoted. - Senior Management is reluctant to listen to you. - Often rotated around different stores without permission, often told to stay later without asking permission. - Senior Management often leave busy shifts short-staffed to save money, which increases the pressure/stress.
