Pros
-Training was thorough, most of which was completed on the Subway University online training program. -Management provided constructive criticism, but also noted on your strengths. -Great starting pay at the location where I worked ($10.36/hr). -Fast paced, so shifts feel like they're flying by. -Highly promoted cleanliness, which is a major plus in the fast food industry.
Cons
-Team members picked favorites, gossiped, and talked about their personal lives on the clock. -Manager popped in and out of the store and wasn't available often. -Appeared to cared more about speed than both speed and quality. -The only benefits offered were discounts and free menu items depending on how many hours you worked. -Had to get a doctors note when I was sick. -Hard to pick up extra hours.
