Pros

Each service center is basically run by a store manager and overseen by the distric manager, so there are good managers and then there not so-good managers. But, your daily activities remains the same. Working in a local service center provided great flexibility for work and family. Great support from corporate employees and other service locations. Overall, I found that the all of the employess that I worked with to be helpful, hard-working and plepleasant.

Cons

Everthing I said above changed with the aquisition of Agway. I found the people to be arrogant, lazy and overpaid. And, Suburban executive management let them ruin business by keeping their distric and service managers run the business.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
