Pros
Very independent working no conditions. Paid rental vehicle, gas and maintenance. No reporting to anyone in the company. All direction came from the company you are hired to work for. Salary, hours, and job detail negotiated directly with hiring company and individually tailored.
Cons
Very little direction or suggestions. When project was completed the job was completed. No benefits as a contractual worker.
