      Pros

      Owners were friendly to workers and were approachable for all levels of employees. It was also a good way to get experience working in the food industry.

      Cons

      The pay and perks were less than other similar jobs. The tip system was very flawed. There was also no free food for the employees.

      Pros

      Submarina is the best shop of its kind. The prices are right between outrageous and Subway. I believe in the Submarina Brand and appreciate the authenticity of the culture.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to working at Submarina is hearing people say that they have never heard of us before. I'll be honest, I had never heard of Submarina until I saw the job posting.
