I worked here as a receptionist from March-August of 2017 as a receptionist. I wouldn't have left Sublime but my husband got out of the military and we were moving. The staff here is your family. You truly look out for one another and have everyone's best interest at heart. Management is nice because it isn't micromanaged and you are trusted to do your job. Building a relationship with both the clients and individuals who work there was truly heartwarming. I enjoyed coming to work each day and I enjoyed what I did. When working here I learned a lot about myself as well as the joy of working for private owners versus corporate. I truly hope this business has many years of success and the staff flourishes. I highly recommend this location and you will be lucky to be employed here!
Cons
No cons that I can think of. Typically you do work longer hours than what the salon hours are because the stylists make sure clients get the service they deserve. I appreciated that and didn't mind staying later, we always made the best of it.
