Pros

I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service, quality, and professionalism they provide. From the very first interaction, their team has been incredibly responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your needs and deliver solutions that truly exceed expectations. What sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The team is always available, goes above and beyond to answer questions, and ensures that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their participants and their staff members.

Cons

Working within the NDIS space can be difficult

Pros

Staff and clients made it worthwhile

Cons

Poor management, no access to management after hours or weekends directly, have to call the rostering team who are in the Philippines for them to convey message. Payroll did not pay correct rates, pay the minimum sleepover rate. Had no induction to the house I worked in until after 10 days, yet had to induct new staff. Not concerned about person centred care of client's, a business solely concerned about profits.

Pros

They are very straightforward, and communication is great. They do support work life balance and they let me set my schedule according to my availability as someone who has other priorities. The company is thriving and there's still lot of room for improvement and growth. Compared to the other companies I've worked with, they are not that bad.

Cons

Nothing much, every company has it's cons. And I didn't have any bad experience working with Sublime Care at all.
