      Opportunities to grow with company and expand brand. Easy-going office environment. Employees act like a family. Regular raises. Creative freedom to a degree.

      Company lacks urgency to take action. No employee health benefits. Empty promises and plans on occasion.

      Pros

      The pay is alright if you have a position above a sales rep.

      Cons

      The store is managed by young kids who clearly have no experience in working in a higher up position. They are not reliable or honest when it comes to keeping to their promises after you take the job. All around this store should be ran by someone with actual knowledge in customer service and managerial skills rather than some rude 20 year olds with a fashion degree.
