Great organization, creative people, positive culture

Growing business that could use more problem solvers/leaders on the floor.

They give the day after thanksgiving and the day after Christmas off as paid holidays. Favorites get large bonuses and others get a few hundred dollars around the holidays

horrible culture. cursing, yelling, humiliation, and bullying are encouraged. no human resource department so you can't complain. union employees are treat worse than salaried employees. if u need a job desperate go for it. if not, keep looking. something better is out there.
