Promotes internally. Turn over is fast, a lot of opportunity to move up to higher management. Other than that, nothing. Cons most definitely out weigh the pros.
Cons
Cheap-clean floors with vinegar. No work/personal life balance. Poorly scheduled. Not enough payroll. Discriminatory. Terrible pay (had to fight for my salary) Not enough training. Assumes internal theft if shrink is bad Long shifts-(will not pay for overtime. They will make you work 10 hours with a 2 hour lunch & you cannot leave the store because associates cannot be alone) Store goals are extremely hard to reach, especially during slow season. You will get terminated if goals are not reached. Terrible employee discount (25%) Policies & procedures are unreasonable! Only store managers bonus-the team doesn't get what they deserve.
