Pros
You get to meet all kinds of people and if you have a good manager you will get enough hours, especially during the holidays. You learn how to deal with various situation by just being there and dealing with customers.
Cons
Poor management on behalf of the company itself not the store manager, they expect so much from their employees but give so little to them, the discount isn't that great as a employee, you have to make sure you can handle making all percentage of expected categories monthly.
