Crappy pay for managers, they want you to drop everything and cover a shift no matter what is happening in your life. And they will talk down to you with no respect. They like to hire young cause they usually dont fight back with things. HR is horrible, they always lose things and blame you for it. If you are white, or african american, dont expect any respect.
