Work hard and it pays off. I've been with styles since I was 18 on and off. If you work hard you get rewarded with promotions and incentives. I love that they do a monthly associate program to recognize the outstanding associates. My dm consistently supports us and encourages us. I feel very motivated. The work load is very manageable you just have to work smart and delegate wisely to your team. There are always opportunities to move up. I have a great team. Oh and you get 25% off!
