      Friendly, young colleagues and a flat hierarchy A lot of freedom to do your job as you wish

      Not really a startup anymore A lot of interns compared to regular workers Salary is not great, but can be negotiated a lot

      Awesome atmosphere, great tasks, lots of responsibilities starting from the first day, fun company events

      Instructions are not always clear

      Pros

      They will give you money till the time you are not longer required and they want to cut budgets.

      Cons

      No job security. No added perks of PF or medical. They will kick out anyday when your purpose for them is done, no matter if you are working with them for a year or more.
