They sell their products at a premium rate and the product is at a budget quality at best. They treat staff flippantly and aren’t bothered about you as a person. Ineffective management, they muddle through and have no clear direction. Zero investment being made to correct issues that are glaringly obvious such as providing tools for the Delivery and install team to work effectively. Lack customer focus at the highest level and just care about the money.
