      Pros

      Ski Mart has a fun and enjoyable work environment that allows you to share your passion with customers that could be new to skiing and snowboarding or experts. Ski Mart is a company that values its employees and provides them with the tools to elevate the customer experience. It is mainly a seasonal job but has the opportunity to become full time for those that show dedication, drive, and experience.

      Cons

      The industry is seasonal. When it is peak season the need for a larger staff is necessary but not always guaranteed.
