-New product development is driven by sales team and has limited input from Engineering -Two major layoffs in two years -Leadership shows no accountability during layoffs and provides limited roadmap for future. -Projects get to full production stage of lifecycle and then abruptly cancelled. "Chasing squirrels" in the marketplace. -Absolutely no room for advancement.
