Fair pay for entry level jobs .Good benefits with healthcare insurance. Work load is very manageable with organization and experience.

Micro managed far too much. Very top heavy in some areas and too sparse in others. Resources are used in areas that do not benefit the seniors whom this organization is working for.

Unfortunately I can't think of any reason someone would want to work in an office where you are undermined and under appreciated.

No action plan for office or budget for monies coming in, no plan for facility upkeep, hires people then changes their position
