      Small local hospital with potential.

      Cons

      Really difficult place to work when I was here. Very old-school, stuck in their ways, and extremely resistant to change. I'm sure it's changed with admin changes.

      Pros

      Management that truly cares and listens. Best staffing ratios I have seen in a long time.

      Cons

      Some challenges with patient volume but manageable. EMR is terrible and IT is unhelpful.
