Pros
Enjoyed the company of people there. You can have your annual wellness bloodwork done in office, which is convenient. Good place to get experience if you are new in your career. I'd probably work at Stuller again if I got desperate enough, but I would have to negotiate pay and PTO accrual.
Cons
Absolutely stingy with pay. TSA level security and clear bags required. You have to take all metals out of your bag and walk through a scanner. Not much flexibility on WFH for some departments. Not enough time to leave for lunch because it can take a while to go through security. You can't just walk out the door. PTO accrual is pretty dismal for newer employees. One of the biggest pushes from HR is to do your wellness check ups and track points for wellness activities, so insurance costs don't skyrocket, yet they still don't offer freshly made healthy food for employees. This place is bigger than a hospital and still doesn't have a cafeteria. Lots of $$$ delivery lunch options but not many healthy options in the malls.
