There are alot of moving parts so there will be alot of opinions. This is not always bad but something to be aware of.

Under paid as someone in a department with visibility to gross profit our salaries were abysmal. Benefits especially PTO were mediocre. Work environment can be quite toxic upper management strongly favorites employees who agree with them and who are similar to them.
