      Pros

      has potential to be better than it is.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Poor planing made from day one concerning architecture, basic layout and basic structure of the workers and supervisors. A lot of inexperienced people are in charge and its causing bigger problems. Comparisons to the New Haven location are resulting in failed ideas that won"t work in the Philadelphia location.

      Pros

      Family meal provided. Other servers and folks in the kitchen were great to work with.

      Cons

      If you are an employee, you are not allowed to eat there, as a regular customer (I was told this was a company wide policy), which is really strange to me. Also had to provide my own uniform (all black).
