Pros
I love my job. It's exactly what you imagine the job to be. You do your work, you have no issues. Everyone here is nice and everything is organized. The employees communicate well and management is open to suggestions. They have strong established connections with commercial accounts which allows you to meet with upper management often. It's a great job with great opportunity.
Cons
You are expected to be self effective. If something is missing, if there is something that can be done better, if something is broken you have to take the initiative to say something or it won't be done. It is kind of a great thing because you have the opportunities to venture out if you need to or you can help make standard operating procedures better.
