Like every other job it has its pros and its cons... but ultimately... it has an amazing group of people that make the agency a great place to work. The CEO... is OUT OF THIS WORLD. He cares about the agency and he cares about his employees. And the COO is one of the good ones too. I honestly learned SO much during my time at the Studio. And I was lucky enough to have coworkers that helped me take my leadership skills to another level. That was my experience. And I’m so grateful for the time I spent with my SNortheners 😊. They actually CARE about corporate culture. So many amazing parties and they don’t think twice about investing in an awesome/fun time for the team.
